General

40% Deposit is required prior to building and 60% due upon delivery or pickup

To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 24hrs of receiving the goods at sawdust@turtle-builds to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us, If a replacement is not available, we will repair any damages.

Turtle Builds LLC is not responsible for any out of plum/level walls or floors, all products are built in a controlled environment and constructed square, after install if any variations or upgrades are needed a surcharge maybe applied. All items that are secured to studs, and fasten to one another are non-refundable items after installation is completed and payment is received.

All built in units and hall trees should be fastened to the wall and is suggested by Turtle Builds LLC

Placing an order

Ordering a custom dining table is easy and efficient. Just based on the table style, length of table, stain color and seating preference, I can provide a quick and accurate cost and time estimate. Please see the How to Order Menu Tab.

Delivery

Yes, I do deliver currently to the Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania regions for an additional cost. Since I operate and create everything by myself, I partner with Uship White Glove Delivery to make sure the item makes it safely into your home.
